Information we process
For exhibitor accounts: names, email addresses and login credentials. For captured leads: the contact details a visitor provides (name, email, mobile, company) and any notes, captured with consent.
Lawful basis & consent
Visitor details are captured with explicit consent for follow-up. Exhibitors are the responsible party (operator) for the leads they collect; Standout processes that data on their behalf.
Where data is stored
Personal data is stored in our PostgreSQL database. Limited data (email addresses) may be shared with our email provider solely to deliver thank-you messages, and with our payment processor for billing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Exhibitors can export, delete or anonymise any lead from their dashboard at any time.
Retention
Leads may be automatically anonymised a configurable period after an event ends.
